Healthy Connections Learning Community

The Healthy Connections Learning Community offers specific information that is tailored to our Healthy Connections grantees and community partners. This Learning Community encourages professional networking opportunities and offers grantee-specific activities. Membership to the Healthy Connections Learning Community is available only to Healthy Connections grantees and our community partners.

To join, you will need to register. Within approximately 24 hours, you will receive a membership confirmation from the Healthy Connections staff.
