The Healthy Connections Learning Community is provided to encourage communication for professional networking and grantee activities. Membership to the Healthy Connections Learning Community is available only to Healthy Connections grantees and stakeholders. In order to take advantage of all that your community has to offer you must register to establish a User ID and password. You only need to register for the community once. When you return on future visits, you will need to enter your User ID and password to access the community. There are three steps to join the Healthy Connections Learning Community:
