The Colorado Health Foundation is the third largest health-focused foundation in the country, with $2.2 billion in assets. In 2011, we awarded nearly $81 million in grants and contributions to improve health and health care in Colorado.
With the goal of making Colorado the healthiest state in the nation, we invest in communities throughout the state to encourage healthy living, increase the number of Coloradans with health insurance and promote access to quality, coordinated health care.
