Our Grantmaking Vision

Making Colorado the healthiest state in the nation is our vision — one that requires dedication and hard work from grantees large and small and from across Colorado.

To make that vision a reality, we provide support to organizations that ensure access to the key components of Healthy Living, increase the number of Coloradans with Health Coverage and ensure access to quality, coordinated Health Care.

Within those three community outcome areas, we have mapped out Funding Strategies that we believe will ensure success.

In addition, we regularly evaluate our progress through a defined set of Measurable Results, which provide specific indicators of how we're making a difference in partnership with our grantees.
