Grantmaking
The Colorado Health Foundation’s vision is to make Colorado the healthiest state in the nation. This vision is bigger than any one of us, but it is possible by combining our resources to improve the health and health care of Coloradans.
Through our grantmaking, The Colorado Health Foundation seeks
partners who can help make Colorado the healthiest state in
the nation by encouraging healthy eating and active living,
increasing access to adequate health coverage and providing
all Coloradans with quality, coordinated health care. Our funding
focuses on populations whose health needs are not being met
due to income, age, race, ethnicity, geography or other reasons. |

The Foundation's Vision, Mission and Goals give us clear direction
for our organization.
To make our vision more tangible and to guide our
grant selections, we have organized our grantmaking around
three goals: Health Coverage, Health Care and Healthy Living.
We welcome unsolicited proposals and occasionally invite proposals
that advance the Foundation’s goals.
