What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how The Colorado Health Foundation treats personal information that The Colorado Health Foundation collects and receives via the ColoradoHealth.org web site. The Colorado Health Foundation collects personal information when you register for an event with The Colorado Health Foundation, when you use The Colorado Health Foundation contact form or when you use the join our mailing list form.

The Colorado Health Foundation automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, and the page(s) you request.

The Colorado Health Foundation uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
