Statement on Connect For Health Colorado Board Funding of Assistance Site Network

DENVER, CO —  Today, the Connect for Health Colorado Board voted to fully fund their staff recommended budget for the organization’s assistance site network, which provided health care outreach to over 100,000 Coloradans last year. The Colorado Health’s Foundation’s CEO and President, Anne Warhover had this to say after the vote. 

“Connect for Health Colorado’s network of assistance sites has informed over 100,000 Coloradans about the value of health care coverage,” said Anne Warhover, CEO and president of the Colorado Health Foundation. “Today’s vote by Connect for Health Colorado’s board of directors to approve staff recommended funding for the assistance network will allow thousands of individuals and their families to access health care and helps set the exchange on a sustainable path.”
