Alison Yanda

Human Resources Manager

Alison walks the walk and talks the talk: With the Foundation since 2015, she ultimately serves our staff members so they can better serve the community. Her primary role is to provide health-conscious initiatives to our staff, ensuring flawless distribution and processing of our total benefits package. Alison also enjoys recruiting top talent to our team and helping new staff members settle in at the Foundation.

To date, one of Alison’s many high points at the Foundation was attending her first Colorado Health Symposium in 2015. It gave her a better understanding of the health landscape in Colorado and was instrumental in helping her feel connected to the Foundation’s mission.

Teaching fitness classes and walking her Labrador retriever, Kane, are two ways she stays healthy. Both activities balance out the occasional baking (and eating) of sugary treats. Her happy place is White River National Forest — preferably in the summer, when the weather is perfect with no humidity, and she’s outside camping, fishing or hiking all day long. Her ultimate getaway: relaxing around a campfire at Prewitt Reservoir with her fiancé and dog, listening to the water roll in.
