2012 Colorado Health Report Card Release

Results from the 2012 Colorado Health Report Card will be officially released on March 21, 2013.

A collaborative effort between the Colorado Health Foundation and the Colorado Health Institute (CHI), the annual Report Card compiles data from a variety of sources to provide a comprehensive picture of the health of Colorado residents.

The Report Card ranks our health status on 38 indicators, organized into five life stages: Healthy Beginnings, Healthy Children, Healthy Adolescents, Healthy Adults and Healthy Aging. A grade is assigned to each to show how Coloradans fare at every age.
