Press Statement: Supreme Court Affordable Care Act decision

Like all Coloradans concerned with health and health care in our state, we at the Colorado Health Foundation have awaited the Supreme Court's ruling on the Affordable Care Act with interest. With today's decision, we will work with our partners to determine what, if any, ramifications the ruling has on our collective priorities. Independent of the Affordable Care Act and today’s ruling, Coloradans have generated strong momentum in improving health quality, reducing health care costs and increasing access to health coverage and the components of healthy living. We are dedicated to continuing this work as we advance our goal of making Colorado the healthiest state in the nation.
