Advocate for policies that enhance evidence-based housing models, eliminate roadblocks to safe outdoor spaces and focus on equity and justice, prioritizing disproportionately underserved people. Work with neighborhoods and civic organizations to ensure that policies, funding and support services are devised to help individuals live in dignified, personal shelters with wrap-around services to maximize potential.

Create an advocacy infrastructure to evaluate, fortify and strengthen current local, state and federal policies that support undocumented families as it relates to earning income and living healthy lives in Colorado.

Provide advocacy training and annual workshops for leaders of color that will empower individuals to be leaders to impact food policy change for community and support individuals interested in holding public office.

Use grassroots organizing tools and skills to engage residents in education, advocacy and coalition building to cultivate leadership, cultural belonging across the San Luis Valley to lead to policy change, accountable leadership and racial justice.

Deepen the advocacy and leadership of the Spanish-speaking, Latinx, immigrant community in environment justice and early childcare public policy to support health and wellness.

Strengthen Colorado's civic engagement ecosystem by conducting a landscape analysis, convening civic, nonprofit and elected leaders, and identifying strategies to build long-term power in a reflective democracy.

Work to advance policy advocacy work and develop and execute a data-driven and community-informed policy strategy alongside community partners.

Generate new data that will tell the story of low-income residents and communities of color communities as a means to build support for a responsive policy that can improve their health and well-being in the near term. Extreme heat and poor air quality in Denver are worsening and the health of its residents is suffering as a result, with low-income residents and communities of color most impacted by these conditions, which are associated with climate change.

Supporting LGBTQ+ Coloradans of color with a focus on immigrants, older adults, unhoused people, and rural residents to create sustainable structures that support civic engagement and advocacy approaches.

Support for increased civic engagement, community organizing, and advocacy on affordable housing, food security, and early childhood services focused on Summit County Latinx community members who have not been able to participate before.
