We are excited to release the 2022 findings from Pulse: The Colorado Health Foundation Poll, an annual look at the priorities, perspectives and experiences of Coloradans from across the state. This year, we’re releasing the findings from Pulse in three phases, offering a variety of ways to learn about pressing issues and engage with the topics that interest you the most.
About the Event
From the increasing cost of living and lack of affordable housing, to health care and mental well-being, our poll takes the pulse of Coloradans on a range of important health issues this year and every year – to inform policy far into the future. This year, we’re releasing the findings from Pulse in three phases, and we’re providing a variety of options to engage with the topics that interest you most.
Briefings
Pulse: Coloradans on The Cost of Living and Housing
When: Tues., May 24, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
With food, gasoline, health care and other necessities becoming more expensive – on top of our already skyrocketing housing costs – people in Colorado are feeling the pressure. At this briefing, Pulse data will help us understand who is worried about inflation, who is struggling to make ends meet, and what Coloradans want policymakers to do about the rising cost of living.
Pulse: Coloradans on Health and Well-being
When: Wed., June 8, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
In this briefing, we'll look at people’s experiences with health care, mental health and alcohol and drug use to explore: Have Coloradans been getting the care they need? Is alcohol use going up? Are we in a mental health crisis? Join us to learn more about our shared worries, experiences and hopes for the future.
Pulse: Deep Dive on Critical Themes from the Poll
When: Wed., June 22, 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Pulse 2022 explores some of the most pressing issues facing people in Colorado. In this conversation, we'll look at all the data to tell the comprehensive story of the biggest challenges our state is facing in this moment. In addition to lifting up key findings from the poll, we'll dig into analyses of demographic subgroups based on race/ethnicity, income level, geography, partisan identification, and other aspects of identities and lived experiences.
