Build equitable and inclusive educational and career advancement opportunities for low wealth, Latinx high school and nontraditional students by providing culturally appropriate outreach and recruitment, employment, trainings and certifications, support and wage increases. This will build a culturally responsive primary care workforce to improve access and population health outcomes for the 30% of the region’s population and 49% of MFHC patients who are Latinx.
