Support the long-term vision of moving the CHAS from an asset that is not only informed by communities but one that communities shape and in which their experiences are reflected. Build on past success and work with two focus communities-to develop new partnerships, employ intentional strategies to inform local decisions, and deeply reflect on our learnings-with the goal of decreasing inequities in Colorado.
