Promote health equity by targeting youth with less power, privilege and income, as well as youth of color and youth with disabilities through the Access' BoostCamp, SecondShift and Accelerate (XLR8) programs. Provide youth with a sense of belonging by facilitating their connections with peers, their families and adult mentors through participation in activities that sustain their physical health and develop the skills they need for resiliency in life.
