Pilot a behavioral economics project with a two pronged approach with the goal of increasing access to the Food Assistance (SNAP) program among Boulder County residents by stationing an Eligibility Technician at the Boulder County Jail and utilizing text messaging software combined with messaging informed by behavioral economics to increase SNAP program access and enrollment among eligible but not enrolled Boulder County residents.
