Address health inequities engendered by current immigration policy, lack of access to reproductive healthcare and education in Colorado's carceral settings and in rural communities, and laws and ordinances that criminalize homelessness. ACLU-CO advocates for the people enduring these stigmatizing and inhumane policies through community-informed outreach and education, legislative and administrative advocacy and impact litigation.
