Project Description

Replicate our youth apprenticeship model by building a new health care pathway to meet growing need among health care employers, particularly in rural areas, for a skilled, engaged and loyal workforce. Our goals are to simultaneously meet student demand for opportunities in the health care field, as well as to develop a more refined approach for apprenticeships in rural communities, where hospitals and other health care facilities are often some of the largest employers.
