Expanding BCAAA's capacities and capabilities to deliver LTSS to the healthcare sector in exchange for payment. Phase II involves continued organizational development with a focus on personnel time, trainings, IT infrastructure, ongoing and advanced technical assistance, and marketing efforts. Funding will also support a pilot proof of concept project with Boulder Community Health.
