Redevelop EarthLinks' property to add Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and low-income housing in conjunction with its current programs. In order to accommodate the redevelopment, purchase the additional 6,250 square feet of land located directly to the south of EarthLinks' site to allow for adequate space to add 50-70 housing units while maintaining EarthLinks' programming.
