Provide this grant and loan (#14967) PRI capital for a Denver-based, nonprofit community development financial institution (CDFI) to deepen its statewide focus on the criminal justice space, increase opportunities for those preparing for re-entry into society from prison, decrease community costs of re-incarceration/reintegration and build an environment in which people experiencing incarceration re-enter society with the tools they need to succeed.
