Recovery Support Services Expansion

Expand programming to establish a full continuum of recovery supports for women, families and transgender individuals who are experiencing poverty or homelessness encompassing the dimensions of recovery: health, home, purpose and community. This project will engage participants in the dimensions of purpose and community and with a full continuum of services, participants will have the ability to create individualized pathways towards wellness and a self-directed life.
