SLVGO will oversee the Revitalize the Rio (RtR) action plan developed by coalition of stakeholders working to improve the overall health in Alamosa through activating the Rio Grande corridor. Efforts of the plan intend revitalize the economy, increase river stewardship and outdoor recreation, and promote civic health and cultural vitality.
