A Social-Emotional Approach to Nurturing Resilience in Lake County Teens

Partner with youth to integrate five core social emotional competencies (SEC) (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making) into planning, implementation and evaluation. Full Circle of Lake County?s youth advocacy/peer leadership programs, Be Awesome and Youth Action Squad, will build youth-led social norms campaigns in school, community and online to educate and advocate for individual and community change.
