Support for LiveWell to Reduce Obesity Rates in CO

LiveWell Colorado requests support for its ongoing work to fight obesity in Colorado and increase the number of Coloradans who have access to and choose healthy food and physical activity. Grant funds will support general operations and four of LiveWell Colorado's five Strategic Priorities - LiveWell@School; Safe Routes in Communities; Healthy Affordable Food for All; and Reducing Sugar-Sweetened Beverage Consumption. LiveWell Colorado will build a statewide movement by leveraging its core capacities - Community Investments, Marketing and Communications and Policy and Advocacy - to advance its strategic priorities and through convergence of multi-sector partners.
