The Colorado Health Foundation urges members of Colorado’s congressional delegation to reject two tax provisions included in proposed federal tax legislation. If enacted, these policies would do significant harm to the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors in Colorado, putting health and well-being further out of reach for many of the communities served by these vital institutions.
We call on our delegation to oppose these measures and work toward policies that strengthen—not stifle—the ability to serve our state’s communities.
