Request for Proposals
The Colorado Health Foundation works to improve the health of Coloradans, using grantmaking, policy advocacy, strategic private investments, convening and capacity building to drive lasting change. From time to time, the Foundation issues open requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs) to ensure we remain open to new ideas and new partnerships. Each request features distinct requirements with specific deadlines.
Download the PDF to learn more about the request. Please ensure your organization complies with the requirements of the request and submission process specified in the guidelines before beginning a proposal.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Staff Well-being Network Convener
The Foundation seeks to secure a partner who can engage up to 70+ Youth Resiliency grantee participants in ongoing individual, organizational and community healing with the goal of advancing the field of youth resiliency and the ability of staff to best support young people. Because of the great diversity of organizations in the Youth Resiliency portfolio, early work in understanding the strengths, culture, community and identity of organizations will be critical.
Key activities will include: tapping and sharing existing strengths across grantees; supporting leadership networks; identifying common learning needs across organizations (and finding ways to address those interests); and co-creating, with grantees, guidance on how additional funding for staff well-being, offered under a separate funding pool, can be used for professional development, coaching and healing within and across organizations. The deadline to submit your proposal is Feb. 19, 2021. Questions? Contact Hillary Fulton, senior program officer.
