Christina Kohl

Human Resources Manager

In human resources (HR), Christina combines her business acumen with her interest in psychology. She has worked in this field for 11 years and with the Foundation since April 2016, where she aligns her personal values with our mission of improving health for Coloradans.

Her current responsibilities include benefits administration, employee data management and HR support. Creating efficiency and eliminating paper are two of Christina’s many welcome talents. In her time at the Foundation, she has already successfully streamlined online benefit open enrollment.

Christina joined the Foundation as a return-to-work mom. The mother of three wonderful children, she is active in numerous school volunteer activities.

Christina has lived in Colorado most of her life and enjoys the activities in each season: skiing, gardening, hiking and witnessing the fall colors, not to mention the changing weather conditions, which keep life here even more interesting.

To stay healthy, Christina eats a clean diet of minimally processed foods, but doesn’t rule out some decadent chocolate from time to time. And she’s happiest at Winter Park Ski Resort, when her family is together enjoying the ski season.
