Kelli Rogers

Senior Grants Manager

Kelli is a seasoned philanthropy professional with a knack for understanding systems and helping people navigate processes. Coming from another organization where she was doing similar work in grants management, Kelli hopes to continue removing unnecessary barriers in the grantmaking process. At the Foundation, she wants to create thoughtful processes so that our nonprofit partners can submit grant applications with ease and clarity.

Hailing from North Carolina, Kelli lived in Washington, D.C., for several years but leaped at the chance to relocate to Colorado, where many of her family members live. At the Foundation, Kelli works to coordinate day-to-day operations for grantmaking for organizations that are applying for and receiving funding from the Foundation. She has found the Foundation’s mission to ensure that every Coloradan has health within reach to be aligned with her dreams for her new home state. She is excited to embody what it means to activate racial justice and health equity in Colorado, with a significant focus on Coloradans living in rural areas.

Though she relocated to Colorado, her heart has been here. Her family is based in Dolores, Colorado, and she is excited to find time to escape there as she continues developing a deeper relationship with the state and the people who call it home. Whether she’s traveling Southwestern Colorado’s Million Dollar Highway or taking a scenic train ride, Kelli is finding more and more about Colorado that sparks joy within her heart.
