Megan McGregor
Megan McGregor (she/her/hers) plays a crucial role in the operations of The Colorado Health Foundation. In her role, she makes sure our employees have what they need to be healthy, including pay, benefits, compliance and workers’ compensation. “I enjoy the compliance and benefits aspects of human resources. Employees are the most valuable asset to an organization, and I like to be part of a team that works to identify and support the needs of the employees.”
Megan brought her professional expertise to the Foundation beginning in 2023. A member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), she earned her SHRM-Certified Professional designation and is a member of the Society’s national and regional branches.
Beyond supporting each member of the Foundation team, she is also in alignment with The Colorado Health Foundation’s mission: improving the health of Coloradans. “I am committed to the mission of the Foundation because I want to be a part of an organization that works to dismantle the barriers that prevent Coloradans from living healthy lives.”
Outside of work, Megan is the ultimate hockey fan: She watches the pros (Go Avs Go!), plays hockey herself, and shares her love of the sport with her son, who also plays. Beyond the ice, she refills her cup by working out frustration at the batting cage, spending time with her family and camping in the mountains.
