Stephanie Reyes

Throughout her career, Stephanie embraced unexpected opportunities and fearlessly pursued new paths. A human resources internship blossomed into a decade-long career in hospitality and property management, where she fostered her administrative and benefits management skills.

After serving in the human resource manager role in a temporary capacity at the Foundation, Stephanie officially joined the organization in spring 2021. Our organization’s culture of compassion and kindness compelled her to accept the permanent role, in which she is responsible for benefits and administrative efforts. Stephanie additionally helps with payroll processing and “a little bit of everything” to keep our organization’s human resource processes working. A skilled, bilingual human resources generalist, Stephanie is passionate about her job because she cares about helping people and enjoys helping employees explore their potential. She is thrilled to be a part of an organization where she can see positive impacts on communities’ health and well-being across the state.

A first-generation Peruvian-American, Stephanie remains close to her family, who live within the Denver-metro area. When she’s not chasing after her toddler twins or teenage stepsons, Stephanie and her family are likely trying new cocktails, cooking, barbecuing or visiting local restaurants like her family’s Peruvian restaurant in downtown Denver. She values her routine workouts as vital self-care time and an opportunity to demonstrate healthy habits to her children. Aurora neighbors will want to visit the Reyes house during Halloween to see new decorations the family adds to their creepy collection each year.
