Throughout her career, Stephanie embraced unexpected opportunities and fearlessly pursued new paths. A human resources internship blossomed into a decade-long career in hospitality and property management, where she fostered her administrative and benefits management skills.

Kaitlin Heinz

Kaitlin possesses a strong background handling the finances of mission-oriented organizations and foundations. As senior accounting manager, she leads the Foundation’s tax and auditing processes, and collaborates with staff on the ongoing analysis of our finances.

Miguel In Suk Lovato

Adult Recovery | Early Childhood Social-Emotional Development

Bolstered by more than twenty years of experience in education and philanthropy, Miguel joined the Foundation’s Community Investment & Impact team in 2020. After starting his career as a teacher, Miguel left the classroom to lead an education nonprofit focused on helping students on the path to college. There, he led the organization’s strategy and gained hands-on experience with funders.

Since he was a child, Angel has desired to improve the lives of members of his community. Inspired by his upbringing and fueled by a passion for improving the health of his family and others, Angel earned degrees in nutrition and culinary arts.
