Requests for Proposals: Strengthening Colorado’s Food Systems

The Colorado Health Foundation and Kaiser Permanente Colorado are accepting proposals for planning grants of up to $85,000. Each grant will support a coalition of partners to develop strategic  implementation plans within a nine-month timeframe to address one or both of the following Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger goals:

  • Goal 2: Increase the number of Coloradans who can access affordable, nutritious food in their communities
  • Goal 3: Increase the number of Coloradans who can access food assistance and nutritious food through community-based organizations

All proposals should be submitted directly to Kaiser Permanente Colorado by Oct. 15, 2018. For additional information and to submit your proposal, visit Kaiser Permanente’s website.

There will be an informational webinar on Sept. 18, noon - 1 p.m., which will describe the goals and objectives of these planning grants and to answer questions. To participate, RSVP to [email protected]. Prior to the webinar, you will receive log-in information.
