Open Funding
The Colorado Health Foundation accepts applications year-round for the following funding opportunities. There is no deadline associated with these applications.
Advocacy Rapid Response Funding
This opportunity supports short-term advocacy initiatives (3–9 months) that ensure Coloradans’ interests and priorities are at the center of policy decisions that have long-term impacts on health equity.
Invitation-Only Funding
The Colorado Health Foundation invites eligible and mission-aligned organizations to apply for the following funding opportunities through discussion with a program officer. If you are interested and believe your work is well-aligned, please review the criteria and contact a CHF program officer. Interested applicants must speak with a program officer and receive an invitation before submitting an application.
The Foundation offers select funding by invitation only for organizations advancing housing justice across Colorado. We consider projects that: (1) have a foundation for community-driven or community-led action; (2) maintain or promote enduring housing stability; and (3) explicitly advance racial justice and health equity. If you believe your housing project meets these criteria, please connect with a program officer listed here.
Building and Bridging Connections
Building and Bridging Connections funding supports efforts that strengthen social capital and community-building, with the goal of addressing health challenges and advancing health equity.
