Expanding Integrated Care Services in Primary Care

Lowry Pediatrics seeks to build a new medical home to offer high quality integrated care and expanded behavioral health services to improve health equity for low income families. To meet the goals associated with providing these services, moving the practice to a new and larger location will be necessary so that the space can accommodate these services.
