Project Description
Facilitate a Housing Coalition comprised of Black and Latinx older adult, key partners and their constituents in Denver whose purpose is to improve health equity through the adoption of a housing plan in the City and County of Denver designed to meet the needs of the extremely low and low income older adults. The Coalition will address systemic barriers of institutionalized racism and ageism negatively impacting the health of communities of color.
