Project Description
Work with a contracted consultant in a team-based approach to select a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR). The new EHR will ensure strong patient portal functionality for patient/provider communication, appointment reminders and prescription refills, intelligent workflows, detailed meaningful reporting, revenue cycle management integration, health information/data capabilities & advanced clinical decision support--increasing overall clinical & organizational performance.
