Start a new out-of-school-time program in rural Rocky Ford, CO in conjunction with Jefferson Intermediate School. The program will include structured physical activities, information about selecting healthy foods and giving healthy snacks to the children Kindergarten through 5th grade, ages 5 to 11 years old.
