Advance health care equity for people who use Medicaid for their health care insurance by creating a groundswell of bipartisan support for Medicaid so that statewide candidates embrace a pro-Medicaid platform. The Colorado Fiscal Institute is a natural partner because CFI has an outstanding grasp of statewide public opinion messaging, talking to candidates and how to educate voters.
