Expanding Reach Out and Read to Support Rural, Immigrant and Refugee, and Children with Special Needs Communities

Provide an evidence-based intervention in early literacy and childhood development to positively influence social determinants of health, with a focus on low-income populations across rural equity, refugee and non-English speaking populations, and children with special needs. When complete, we will provide customized training and resources for caregivers at a macro statewide level, with special focus on 25,000 families from special populations.
