Project Description

Implement the Healthy LEAP (Lifestyle, Education, And Practice) Program in schools from elementary through high school through the State of Colorado, impacting 2,125 students. Healthy LEAP is a proven program that provides students, with and without intellectual disabilities, with information on nutrition, fitness, hygiene and safety and is delivered by school nurses, special education or PE teachers during a semester.
