Housing Preservation and Maintaining Naturally Occurring Affordability-BIPOC Landlord Engagement

Support vital affordable housing preservation work to meet both the short- and long-term solutions needed to reduce the risk of eviction and displacement of low-income residents, focusing especially on communities of color. This will be achieved by bringing training, technical assistance, grants, policy assistance and financing tools focused on preservation to the state.
