Increasing Patients? Access to Telehealth and Rapid Testing

Support safety net clinics in assisting patients who are unable to access adequate telehealth services due to lack of technology, data and education. Technology to include tablets, hotspots, phones and other equipment identified by clinic and patients to improve access to telehealth services. This project will also support clinics in offering rapid testing for COVID-19, influenza and RSV to help patients and providers plan for their care during the pandemic.
