Capital Infrastructure: Increasing Access to Care for Coloradans of Color
Project Description
Promote delivery of team-based care through a system of dedicated big screen monitors and a connected computer system for the exam rooms in the Lincoln clinic. This would enhance efficiency and the patient experience. The Luma patient engagement system and investments in remote patient monitoring would promote patient access to care as well as efficiency for Tepeyac staff.
