LEADS Serves Youth Resiliency Program on Mt. Sneffels

LEADS Serves provides healthy outdoor, educational and leadership activities to youth, US Veterans and their families and athletes with Adaptive Needs. LEADS, in conjunction with local county, state and federal officials, as well as with local residents, businesses and non-profits will build, manage,. and facilitate program along this Sneffels Range Trail System to encourage collective and independent healthy and educational physical outdoor activities in our region, in all seasons, not only for our target audiences but for the entire community.
