This PRI opportunity to provide $1MM to capitalize a mortgage program for low-income homebuyers will provide greater access to homeownership opportunities for low-income residents at or below 80% AMI living in the city of Pueblo and surrounding areas. This PRI will be accompanied with a $650,000 grant to support net assets and scaling lending operations in southeastern Colorado
