Outdoor G.I.R.L.S. (Girl Immigrant and Refugee Leadership Series)

Leverage the power of connection to the outdoors and play to support the physical and mental health, social connectivity and leadership development of middle school girls who identify as immigrants, refugees or asylees through the Outdoor G.I.R.L.S. year-round program. The program layers weekly life skills sessions with outdoor recreation experiences (nature immersion, hiking, indoor and outdoor rock climbing) for both girls and occasionally their caregivers/parents and families.
