Project Description
Foster self-esteem and self-confidence in youth and help cultivate a new generation of leaders in the community through support of the Youth Leadership Program, a peer leadership initiative within the Rainbow Alley Youth Services program. The Youth Leadership Program is comprised of youth and young adults between the ages of 11-21 who oversee program decisions and participate in outreach events, as well as plan and coordinate activities and events for the community.
