Southern Ute Community Action Program: Southern Ute/Ignacio Behavioral Health Planning

Engage with program divisions, Tribal departments, treatment program alumni, and other stakeholders to develop a Southern Ute Behavioral Health Systems plan. The plan would describe tribal and community priorities, identify how stakeholder departments and organizations refer clients to each other, coordinate services, and otherwise provide an optimally effective behavioral health system that is client centered, understandable by clients, addresses historic trauma, and increases in client outcomes.
