Summit Community Care Clinic Change Capital Implementation - Deeming, Disaster Recovery, and Technology

Implement the following major projects: 1) Installation of a Disaster Recovery Server; 2) Completion of the FTCA Deeming process via buy out of tail coverage; and 3) a variety of technology upgrades to improve outdated and inefficient systems, including development of the intranet for internal use, implementation of risk management and help desk improvements, and the implementation of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge software to integrate with and improve upon the existing Financial Edge system.
